Plan for Health

Many patients do not have traditional dental insurance or find their insurance plans don’t cover the majority of dental treatments. To help our patients receive the care they need, we offer a savings plan. For a one time fee per year patients can take advantadge of savings on their necessary dental treatments. 

CHILD PLAN

• Exams – 2x year
• Cleanings – 2x year
• Fluoride Treatment – 2x year
• Emergency Exams – unlimited
• all necessary x-rays – excluding a ceph or ct scan
• 20% of treatment with the Dr. – excluding Invisalign and whitening services

ADULT PLAN

• Exams – 2x year
• Cleanings – 3x year
• Fluoride Treatment – 3x year
• Emergency Exams – unlimited
• Cancer Screening – 3x year
• all necessary x-rays – excluding a ceph or ct scan
• 20% of treatment with the Dr. – excluding Invisalign and whitening services

PERIO PLAN

• Exams – 2x year
• Periodontal Maintenance – 4x year
• Fluoride Treatment – 4x year
• Emergency Exams – unlimited
• all necessary x-rays – excluding a ceph or ct scan
• 20% of treatment with the Dr. – excluding Invisalign and whitening services
