Originally hailing from the picturesque region of Mendoza, Argentina, he followed in his father’s footsteps by pursuing a career in Dentistry. Graduating at the top of his class, he quickly embarked on a journey of continuous learning, completing postgraduate courses in root canal therapy, minimally invasive dentistry, and Epidemiology.
With a dedication to both private practice and academia, Dr. Cristian Löfvall, who usually prefers to go by his first name, served as an Assistant Professor in the Epidemiology Department at his Alma Mater. His passion for advancing his skills took him to the University of Connecticut, where he completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. His pursuit continued through a General Dentistry Fellowship, mastering advanced procedures like implant surgery, sedation, and computer-assisted techniques while catering to patients with unique needs.
For three years, Dr. Cristian Löfvall contributed his expertise to a community health center, primarily focusing on pediatric patients. Concurrently, he held the position of Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Department of Pediatrics.
Dr. Löfvall finds the perfect fusion of his passions in dentistry—science and art. He takes great pride in his unwavering patience and optimism, especially when caring for children and patients in need of extra TLC. To help in that front, Dr. Cristian and his fiancé have been training their dog, Rhubarb, who successfully completed a rigorous testing process to earn the title of certified Therapy Dog. Rhubarb accompanies Dr. Cristian to the office, where her calming presence helps patients feel at ease. Beyond the practice, Rhubarb extends her compassion by volunteering through Canine Therapy Corps.
When he’s not discovering innovative uses for the Solea laser, Dr. Löfvall indulges his love for travel, photography, and exploring the world on his bike. While his roots remain in Argentina, he cherishes each chance to return and reconnect with family.

Dr. Ismail Dogar was born in the Mile High City of Denver, Colorado, but has spent most of his life in the western suburbs of Chicago. He completed his undergraduate studies at Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, where he double majored in Health Sciences and International Business. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine–Illinois (CDMI) in Downers Grove.
Following dental school, Dr. Dogar pursued advanced training through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of New Mexico. This program, serving as the dental health safety net for the state, provided him with valuable experience treating medically complex patients and managing comprehensive treatment and multidisciplinary care.
After completing his residency, Dr. Dogar returned to Illinois, where he has practiced in private practice for more than six years. He takes pride in getting to know his patients, understanding their unique oral health goals, and being a true partner in their dental care. He is passionate about using advanced technology to make dentistry more comfortable, precise, and effective for his patients.
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Dogar enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He discovered his love for tennis during the pandemic and hasn’t put down his racket since. An avid traveler and photographer, he reached an exciting milestone in 2025 by visiting his 50th country. At home in Chicago, he enjoys exploring the city’s vibrant food scene and is always on the lookout for the best croissants and coffee. Dr. Mariusz Borowicz has 17 years of experience in the dental field. He grew up in the Western Suburbs and earned his psychology degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago. He graduated from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, where he earned multiple awards for his accomplishments and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Dental Society, one of the highest honors in the dental field.
With a passion for excellence, Dr. Borowicz went on to complete a general practice residency at the University of Colorado in Denver, where he obtained advanced training in all aspects of dentistry including implants, oral surgery, sedation and root canal therapy. He practiced in downtown Denver where he helped to grow a small dental office into a thriving practice by incorporating new technology and improving quality of care as well as patient satisfaction.
Dr. Borowicz loves building relationships with his patients based on mutual respect and trust. He believes dentistry is a science and an art and he loves the sense of gratification that comes from helping people achieve better oral health, leading to better overall health.
Dr. Borowicz and his wife Magda have since moved back to Chicago to be closer to family. They have two children, Peter and Hanna. Dr. Borowicz is a Major in the Army National Guard and believes in giving back to the community by volunteering his time to provide dental care to people who are in need. When he’s not running around being the designated staff hugger, Dr. Borowicz enjoys skiing, cycling, playing soccer, sailing. and fantasizing about a life as a cowboy.
